  • Property Overview: In 2016, the Land Trust provided financial assistance to Forterra and the Anderson Island Parks and Recreation District for acquisition of  an addition to the Jacobs Point Park on Anderson Island. This park is owned and managed by the Parks District. In 2018, the Land Trust acquired 72.3 acres along the southwest side of Oro Bay. These properties include a coastal wetland, natural shoreline, and coastal streams.
