Auction & Dinner Gala

Saturday, March 21, 2009

4-9 p.m.

We always have a full house for this event!  Friendly people, good conversation, exciting live and silent auctions, and the

opportunity to support conservation of an important river make this a not-to-be-missed event.  The live auction is known for its

offerings of fine works from Native American and Pacific Northwest artists. Our 2008 auction raised a net total of

some $60,000 to fund operations, acquisitions and stewardship for the rest of the year, thanks to donations from supportive

businesses and individuals.

Our thanks to our Silent Auction sponsors:

And our item sponsors:

   Judith Scavone    Temperate Forest Solutions

Summer 2009 "Float the Nisqually " Raft Trip

Date to be announced

There's no better way to see the Nisqually River then to raft it with the Nisqually Land Trust. You'll enjoy a

four-to-six hour float past cedar and fir rees and sweeping undeveloped landscapes, and a catered lunch, served

on the river bank.  Our professional outfitter, Wildwater River Tours, rates the trip as fun, easy and family friendly,

suitable for people age six and up.
